Note:  All horses "donated", "given to", "sold to", or "abandoned to" Jackson Hole Horse Rescue MUST have a Bill of Sale and Brand Inspection accompanying them.  By law we CANNOT take in horses without a bill of sale and brand inspection.  An "abandoned" horse is surrendered to law enforcement to determine to whom it belongs. You could be prosecuted by the Wyoming Livestock Board for just leaving a horse tied to our hitching rail.  Please contact us if you wish us to take in a horse.
